I'm congratulating Jamaica. Per capita they won the most medals. the populus countries always get the most medals, but let's give a whoop-de-doo for small countries that get more medals per capita than anyone else. This year it's Jamaica..................

per capita? You're a huge nation of states that are bigger than many countries. Of course you got many medals, and I congratulate you. But per capita, you don't match Jamaica or Grenada.
