Well, why don't we just go ahead and lock up anyone that disagrees with the Obama Administration and the Democrats. With so much going on in the world, it's sad that this Administration is using valuable time trying to make the Bush Administration look bad in order to make themselves look good. Ms. Rice is a perfect foil. Can't wait to watch the Grandstanding by her interrogators! Talk about a dog and pony show.

Since this is her last stint for the year 2008, she should remain transparent enough to maintain the foreign relations status quo. She should stand up to her ideals as an American citizen, rather than be accustomed to be blown by the wind of her loyalty staunch to the administration she is presently serving now, hook, line and sinker!

Who cares why they are doing it...... I can't wait to watch her hem and haw and lie to our faces one more time, just for old times sake, before she becomes unemployed. This former icon of female achievement is now a joke, puppet, mouth-piece for a corrupt and deceitful regime. I want to hear her say the lies again, so we all can remember very clearly how much crap this group has spewed. Right before the elections is a good time. WE ALL NEED TO REMEMBER WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. Then vote accordingly.

Just another way for the Democrats to divert attention from the fact that they have no actual solutions to the issues they were elected to address. It's so much easier to point fingers than to solve problems.

The subpoena was a nasty technique. All they had to do is ask her to testify. There's not a damn thing left to tell these people that they haven't heard before. Why Democrats want the terrorists here fighting us is beyond me.

As soon as hell freezes over, or the 90,000 in your freezer. Jefferson
was caught cold handed, and he is still serving and on the homeland
security committee. They all talk, but nothing ever happens.

If you want to investigate then go after the British, French, Germans
and everyone in the Senate who had the same information, and came to
    the same conclustion.

I do wish Congress would spend less time trying to impeach, fire or just generally humiliate their fellow pols. This applies to both parities. Just plain sick of it. Do some real work that you're paid by the citizens to do.

You sound like a Dem party hack. The country will move forward when the citizenry recoginize the two parties are in bed together. True change, reform, and a return to living the Constitution will never happen until each of thinks independently.

btw, I don't want your Dem aholes or the Rep aholes getting blowjobs in the office, or any government building I pay for.

I would argue that this may be unnecessary since there is already overwhelming evidence of either a concerted effort or gross mishandling of the evidence and build up to war but to suggest that this is politically motivated is ridiculous. Why wouldn't you want to know if this war is justified? Why wouldn't you want to know if we were misled? The only answer I can fathom is one wouldn't know how to deal with the fact that the politicians they idolize and blindly support have lied to them.

Why do you want to give more ammo to the radical Islamics? They
understand only one thing power or weakness. Does that mean that we
need to make all of the democrats who spoke for action, who saw the
same reports and signed on for the war. Dont forget that even without
WMD etc. Saddam was in violation of 17 UN resolutions with which only
one was needed to finish the war.

oh ya there you go blame Islam. There is such a thing as Christian terrorist too. What about what just happened here in the US at Virginia Tech? He wasnt Islam but he did speak of God and Jesus and how he was trying to rid the world of these bad people. There is terrorism in every religion not just Islam folks. And if Saddam was in violation of UN resolutions than why didnt Bush have UN support. Why didnt the UN handle it? Im sure Iraq isnt the only government in violations. How about the violations of Isreal that are going on as we speak and why isnt the US handling that if our government is so concerned with the people. Its more than that. Islam is an easy target cause they use a desperate means to be heard. We all know terrorism is bad no matter who is doing it.

If you take notice I said EXTREMISTS! Not Islam as a whole. As for why
the U.N. didn't handle it for the same reason they haven't done
anything in Darfur or North Korea... they are inept and self-serving
and only wanting two things our money and our humiliation. Last time I
checked it was Israel that was attacked first and it was their solders
who were taken hostage not the other way around. Try doing the research
for yourself instead of just believing everything you are told. I am
just as willing to call the Christians who bombed abortion clinics evil
as well, but as a % of the community they are very small, vs 10-20% of
people claiming... CLAIMING to be Islamic. They are nothing more than
thugs who have hijacked a religion of peace and rallied them to their
cause. Buy a movie called Obsession (done by a South Africian film
team) that will show you what is really going on in Saudi Arabia, Iraq,
Iran and others in the region. Iran declared war with us in 1979 and
    has never recended that declaration.

Maybe, just maybe, if the Islamics you mentioned saw how crazed the Republicans became over a blowjob were watching for the 5 or 6 years before 9-11, that is where they got the idea of weakness, not Clintons behavior, but the short-sighted, hypocritical, bulldogged persecution of the office of President by it's own Congress. They, maybe, saw that even we don't respect the office, They saw how far apart we could be, how divided. That was the weakness. It was only confirmed by the election and common acceptance that we had just elected the village idiot to lead us. If we can all agree and accept that, why would they respect us. We were so arrogant that we believed we were untouchable even if we were lead by a simpleton. That is weakness. A weakness of ego.

Correct me if I am wrong, but this happened in the Vietnam Era, way before Clinton was ever in office. Both parties are to blame for the dividing of America.

It is democrat election strategy to have as many investigations of republicans as possible.

Doesn't matter if they don't find anything, the seeds of suspicion are planted in the public.

What the democrats fail to see is when the congress returns to the republicans, there will be political pay-back.

The premise that knowing who mislead the country to engage in an illegal and immoral invasion of a sovereign country has some bearing on politicization is ludicrous.

The country has a right to know who mislead the people. We should never repeat the failures in communication that created the collaborative relationship between the press and government in beating the drums of war.

If you consider determining whether or not this administration knowingly bilked evidence to take this country into an ill prepared war then yes...it is politically motivated.
