This is what happens when push comes to shove. Why in the world can't they understand that businesses do not have the leisure to spend money they don't have like the government does. I know when I was being forced by the dead economy to shut down my businesses I first cut every thing I could before I cut people. But those are the kinds of hard decisions businesses must make. If they can't afford it then - there is no other option.

So far, I've taken a little time to look at this Financial Report - http://www.ofm.wa.gov/cafr/ I was familiar with it but not in details and I find it especially will be an interesting and informative study. Thanks again for mentioning these things. I will also be passing them on to other friends for their info or commentary.
