those that would be apart of the public option would be doing the same as you paying for their own .. but I do think Blue cross and Kasier and others .. need that type of competition .. and all employed people and unemployed wil have a greater choice ..

I don't have Kaiser. I'm happy with the company that I do have, and if I wasn't, I would switch.

this is not about those that are happy .. it is about making insurance affordabe for all .. and the public option wil do that .. and we know it because it scares the insurance companies so bad .. and how much are they paying you

And by making it 'affordable for 'all', it will turn ALL hospitals and doctors into Denver General clones...

it hasn't doen that with medicare .. and the public option will be like a medicare part E it is only a option and people like you won't be able to get it .. nor will want it .. but this public option truly scares the insurance comanies so I like it alot .. and Denver General looks more like little Mexico .. we are not talking about illegals we are talking about working american citizens .. so they can never look like Denver General

DG is a compilation of all the scum in Denver. My biggest problem is, no matter what they do, I will be the one paying for it and not getting as good of service as I am now.

Why don't you switch?? Illegals aren't the only ones there, though you are right, they are a large part. We also have the crack heads, meth heads, bums, hookers... Pretty much anyone that will not pay their bill.

the meht heads and vet bums , and hookers need healthcare too and a public option would make it possible for them to get health attention well needed

When they can PAY for it, they can have it. Why should I have to pay for it?

No, it will lower the standard of health care. What happened in Maine will happen everywhere.

That may be YOUR dream, but it is most certainly not mine. What makes you think that the government can run health care? Is it the stellar job they've done with Medicaid? Or maybe it's the shinning examples of excellence we see every time we go to the post office or DMV.

Iam sorry you feel so bad about any government program .. or office .. but I truly do not see the great job the private insurance has done other than line their pockets with money .. 500% profit every year .. i wouldn't want public option either breaking into a profit like that ..

I can call my daughter's DR and get an appointment THAT DAY. I can go to the hospital and by seen within minutes. NONE of that will happen if the entire health care system is turned into Medicaid. It will be just like waiting at the DMV.
