Section 104.31, of Title IX in chapter 104, states that “no officer or employee of the state… shall… use his or her official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with an election or nomination of officer or influencing another person’s vote or affecting the result thereof.”

especially ones that appear to be based in extortion (fear)

There's also the question that this is highly probable in breaking State/Federal Laws as well ..

It also appears that she not only violated common sense, she broke college rules, state law and Federal law. She's looking at losing her job and her freedom. State employees are prohibited from campaigning on the job. Common sense says these kids don't need that pressure... are they going to fear a bad grade if they don't support the teachers candidate? Also, in class... they are PAYING to be taught MATH.... not Bull.

...and yet she is a 'professor' teaching our young men and women. It reminds me of another 'professor' who taught Constitutional Law at Harvard. He didn't know his subject very well either.

This is an excerpt from the story, "A college professor has been placed on leave after she allegedly forced her class to sign a pledge to vote for President Obama in the upcoming elections.

Early last week Professor Sharon Sweet at Brevard Community College (BCC) allegedly told students to sign a pledge that reads: “I pledge to vote for President Obama and Democrats up and down the ticket.”
