Uh, Huh! and Obama is not going to nationalize the rest of the businesses in the country to save them.

So...the businesses are paying for the apparently never ending extension of unemployment benefits, but they can't really increase their pricing to absorb it because of the state of the economy, so that means they must cut elsewhere,leading to tah dah...higher unemployment numbers. Which, because now they have to pay for MORE people on unemployment, just increases their costs again, which they still can't pass on. So if they continue to struggle b/c the govt keeps extending their requirement to pay unemployment benefits, then eventually they will stop struggling, and die. And then who pays?

when i first heard it it was like 'yea' cause we are presently Getting unemployment since my husband is one of the thousands who have lost their jobs, and nc will be one of the 20-month extensions.... but then the reality!! --reminds me of the term...'circling the drain...' why do i feel like america is fixin to be flushed?!

That is exactly what the government is doing, printing money at furious rate with no backing. So in her eyes, there is plenty of money to go around. What shocks me is she is probably college educated but to be this stupid or just plane gullible is totally rediculous. Doesn't she understand, the american people usually don't pay attention but they sure are now. This administrations grap for power and ripping down capitalism is really making people nervous. More and more americans are catching on to all the shinagins of the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. I would guess whenever they come up for election, these folks are in big trouble.

Remember when the dollar was backed by gold in fort knox. Now its back by the american people. China is buying up gold, why because they want to get away from the u.s. dollar. So what does that tell you our money is dropping lower and lower on all money exchanges in the world
