Suffering its worst ratings in 20 years, CNN is going Hollywood. In the past few weeks, the No. 3 cable news channel has started seeking out reality-show ideas and big-name stars not afraid to talk politics.

And why they do have their conservative talk people but they tell you up front that they are, they do have the opposite points of view come on and the news hours they talk only news....
Reality shows are getting old, especially the voyeurism-type, meaning CNN's success with this venture will depend on which reality they turn to.
My guess is they'll go for the documentary style and not the peeping tom.

They, like most phonies, have become irrelevant. In November, we are going to make another phony irrelevant.
What CNN must do is tackle the news in a realistic way, not just another MSNBC. They must become 'Fair and Balanced' if they want to compete with FOX News Network. Why not have some conservative news commentators like Rush Limbough or Beck? They could really make things interesting because everybody would be watching, and it would really be an exciting show with Limbough or Beck debating a leftwing liberal nutbag, in fact it be far, far, more exciting then watching a reality show.
