Which just might have something to do with her being awarded this well-deserved title:
I had an experience with one of these providers. I was in a car accident and in a wheel chair for a few months. When I checked the Medicare bill I saw the they were still being billed and paying for a wheelchair ($300 per month) months after I returned the wheelchair to the facility. I had to call Medicare a few times to tell them to STOP PAYING THESE PEOPLE and get back the months that had been paid already.
The rehab facility I was sent to from the hospital was very good. I know I was in no shape for my husband to take care of me but after a couple of weeks I was doing well and wanted to go home. It turned out to be harder to get out of the place than to get in. They were trying to convince me I was not recovered enough and had not had enough therapy yet. I had to make several phone calls to my doctors and get written notices from them that in t...

It seems that Medicare would have been willing to pay my bill for 6 weeks and not just 2 and a half so the facility had a money incentive to keep me longer. All this must stop and that I believe is what the Obama plan will accomplish.
The other point I would like to give is that the Republicans have been harranging forever about Medi-care and "how something has got to be done". Okay, this President did that and you're all still are bitching. Regardless what he does, if its not in the plan to make him fail, its got to be fought. We get that and its not going to work.

Besides that, she's hit all of these asshats flying out of the GOP with what they deserve, which is a dose of reality.
She should've just said this:
"1) you would like to cut 716 billion dollars and leave grandma with a check and a computer, so she can find her own plan.
2) Obama would like to cut 716 billion, while dropping costs of coverage and extending benefits for seniors by 8 years.

Folks, it's NOT "stealing" from Medicare. It's a SAVINGS to us in FUTURE payments and reduces our debt, for crying out loud. The Reps are making this sound like the current administration is ripping off the Medicare program but they are not. Reps are saying that the money is being diverted to "Obamacare" in order to get their base riled up, but use some common sense, here. Please. As long as our seniors have access to medical care, then we should all be happy - and if we can save $716B along the way, we should all be happier.
