Comparing skepticism of man-made global warming to racist beliefs, an Oregon-based professor of sociology and environmental studies has labeled doubts about anthropogenic climate change a “sickness” for which individuals need to be “treated”.
Professor Kari Norgaard, who is currently appearing at the ‘Planet Under Pressure’ conference in London, has presented a paperin which she argues that “cultural resistance” to accepting the premise that humans are responsible for climate change “must be recognized and treated” as an aberrant sociological behavior.
Norgaard equates skepticism of climate change alarmists – whose data is continually proven to be politicized, agenda driven and downright inaccurate – with racism, noting that overcoming such viewpoints poses a similar challenge “to racism or slavery in the U.S. South.”

Look at what has happened with America's children. Children today, left to be kids, are not really any different than they ever were. Children get bored, some crave attention, some are fidgety, some (most at one time or another) resist authority, test their limits. Enter the schools, doctors and government of today. These were no longer just kids being kids! They are afflicted with serious disorders that require pharmacological medication to treat. They have conditions such as ADD, ADHD and ODD, etc. or a combination of disorders. Schools, doctors and governments are demanding these kids be drugged unnecessarily, imho, in most cases.
Now look at where things are headed in our country. Really look. We have signs all over stores with the "See It, Say It" slogan, fliers are going out to all kinds of businesses warning businesses and their employees to watch for everything from paying cash to yawning as signs of terrorism. Guides are sent out to law enforcement all over the country noting that people who strongly believe in the Constitution, patriotism, sovereignty are Oath Keepers, etc. are possible domestic terrorists.

It has been suggested that all Americans undergo mental health testing. Results are subjective as you can always find two mental health professionals to come up with opposing opinions...just ask any lawyer. If this were instituted, how long do you think it would be before people would be diagnosed with mental disorders relating to "cultural resistance"? How many would be labeled with multiple disorders and forced to take medications? How many might be institutionalized? At the very least, they would be marginalized in society.
Think about it. It very well COULD happen.
