He's got a point. Unfortunately, all of the American people pay the price for the idiots that voted for Obama and may vote for him again.

Justice Roberts is right.

At least not as many pro-Obama voters that will unable to derail the upcoming LANDSLIDE-TYPE EPIC HISTORICAL DEFEAT of Obama.
My main worry and concern is whether or not Obama (or his actions resulting therein) leads to a cancellation of the election in November 2012. If he decides the election null and void, what happens then?
People say, "oh, Obama wouldn't do that!" He did it with amnesty for his 20 million illegals, he did it when stopping oil drilling across the CONUS (particularly the GOMEX). he has done it with his battle plan for rolling out Obamacare and I wouldn't put it past him in regards to the election wherein he faces certain defeat.
In the broader sense - he's a freaking deadhead.
The surprise to me was Kennedy. I had thought there'd be 4 for it (the Libs), 3 against it (the Cons), and 2 swing votes (Kennedy and Roberts) who might concur on different grounds from the pro and con factions. I thought Roberts would swing con, and Kennedy would be the only wild card.
Personally I think Roberts chose the "smaller" argument (taxes) rather than the larger (commerce) because it was less murky. A tax is simple, "commerce" opens up all sorts of issues about doing business in different states, etc.
I'm tired. It's been non-stop for 5 years now. I'm tired...
What rock did you crawl out from under?
It's good to see you!
Nailed that one, darlin'.
How the eff did they come up with that crap?
