He's got a point. Unfortunately, all of the American people pay the price for the idiots that voted for Obama and may vote for him again.

I hope so, betz. But I'm still getting chastised by Ron Paul supporters for supporting Romney.

Only one person has come at me about Ron Paul. It's ridiculous. Sorry you're bearing the brunt of it. Stick by your guns although I know you will.

Oh yes... I will. And I refuse to fight with them. I'm not going to engage in a fight with another conservative just because we have different thoughts.

If the facts of Fast and Furious were brought to light..he would be impeached , not running for reelection.

That's why he invoked Executive Privilege. And anyone with half a lick of sense should know that! But not the Dems and Obots.

This is so much bigger that watergate ever was. It was a plan to do away with 2nd amendment..by showing that American gun dealers were the problem..they stated that 90 % of the guns were from shops....but a report from ATF showed that 25 % were from the US.

They haven't been able to do it with Fast and Furious, so they're still working on it with the UN:

If Americans were not so stupid, did their own research and the majority voted whilst informed we would have never reached this point.

He's painfully right on that basic point but he's totally and unlawfully wrong with regard to his decision to uphold the law based on HIS decision to view the mandate a tax. He did not rule on what was before him. He ruled on something he chose to create. Whether from the "right" or the "left", judicial activism is wrong.

I think he was wrong on several fronts. But he was correct in that he's not responsible for the actions of stupid peoples decisions. That being said. . . . . . The SCOTUS has absolutely NO business writing (rewriting) what was sent before them. They either rule it legal or illegal. PERIOD.

He's absolutely right about that, he's absolutely wrong with his decision. I don't want him to protect us, I want him to do his job, to correctly interpret the Constitution!

Hey numbskull... weighing in without any knowledge of what you speak only makes you look like a dork. We are a Constitutional Republic, e.g. A Constitutional Republic has some similarities to democracy in that it uses democratic processes to elect representatives and pass new laws, etc. The critical difference lies in the fact that a Constitutional Republic has a Constitution that limits the powers of the government. It also spells out how the government is structured, creating checks on its power and balancing power between the different branches.

    Wake up fer feks sake!

Somebody needs to tell Chief Justice Roberts that it is his DUTY to protect the American people from the overreach of either of the other two branches of government. In many cases of governmental abuse, the Supreme Court IS our last line of defence! It is his job to interpret the Constitution, not to whip the people for making a bad choice and tell them it "serves them right"! In case he's forgotten, stupid opinions such as his end up setting legal precident that is very difficult to undo. Roe vs. Wade is a prime example!

The Supreme Court has no authority to amend or rewrite legislation...there is no longer an Affordable Health care act that is valid and passed by the Court and Congress...

So, it is our job to pay up to 5x as much for healthcare because we have to pay for all those uninsured deadbeats who expect everything to be given to them free of charge?!
