IMO that is just what Roberts did he became a modern day Judas for the sake of a few babbles from Obama...I really feel Roberts was intimidated by Obama and the other Liberal judges.

I know where you're coming from when you "snapped." We have some friends that are Obama supporters and I've come close to slapping them both. And I haven't lost a loved one in military. It is his job to uphold his Oath to the Constitution. He did it for political reasons. If these Justices are making rullings based on politics. Then they should run for office and not be inflicting their political views on us. There should now be term limits on Supreme Court Justices.

There should always have been a term limit on Supreme Court Justices just as they always should have been term limits on Congress.

Yes, Both Houses of Congress need term Limits. If it is good enough for the President. It is good enough for the other two branches.

Max of two terms for senators (12 yrs); 6 terms for house reps (12 years) and 10 to 12 years for Supreme Court Justices. Or make them all 8 years like the pres.

The judge speaks the truth. I think it is his way of admonishing all those who voted for so many of the fools. (I wasn't one of them!)

I just saw Ted K's widow on a news show celebrating the judge's decision. Why should she care anyway? She's loaded and can afford this bill. They ruled it constitutional. They did not rule it a good bill. I truly think the fight has just begun. Yeah they won a battle but the war isn't over yet.
BTW..she's going to be celbrating the anniversary of her marriage to Ted privately.

Because it isn't a tax. Justice Roberts simply change the law to be a tax in order to make it Constitutional. It is a penelty, don't comply with Obamacare? Get penelized. Roberts knew what he did and he is a scumbag and a coward for doing it.
