Chicago police seizes disabled man's placard for parking in a disabled zone--issues citation to mans wife while gunman run amok in the city--would you visit chigggaggo?

a few days ago the wife of a 70 year old man who is BLIND, CRIPPLED and suffering from kidney disease dropped him off at a downtown clinic for dialysis treatments. she was parked in a disabled parking zone. they had the proper placard to park there. she was only parked for a few minutes. when she existed the clinic a chigago police officer was writing a ticket for illegally parking in a cripple zone. she tried to explain but was told to surrender her placard.---this while on the same day 40 people were shot and 8 killed.

Seems in a city where guns are outlawed only outlaws have guns.
If I got an all expense paid trip, I'd go. If not, NO.
