This is characteric and the MO of the GOP and all it presidents. They take over with a surplus and leave with massive deficits. The records prove it. They must look at it as a strategy.

Cheney is not only right but everytime you hear THIS President say that it's " Bush's Fault",, Obama is AGREEING with Cheney.. The ONLY difference between the two is that Obama uses Bush as a " mitigating factor " and Cheney,, like the REST of America,, isn't buying Obama's lame excuses anymore..

On the day President Bush took office, the national debt stood at $5.727 trillion. The number from the Treasury Department at the end of September of '08 shows the national debt stood at $9.849 trillion for an increase of 4.1 Trillion dollars and THIS after EIGHT Years of Bush..

AS of TODAY,, We're THREE YEARS and more then 5 Trillion Dollars in INCREASED National Debt PAST the time where Obama can claim ANY mitigating Factors..

There may have been a little mitigation somewhere, but he sure is a disaster.

    This is the perfect indicator
If Cheney doesn't like it it can't be all that bad although, in reality, it's just more DC flash.
He's playing his role like a champ.

Obama has been a disaster but his disaster is mitigated by the fact that we were the dumb phucks who elected him. (I mean "we" in the collective sense, not including ME). He has been a mitigated disaster.

Cheney is all mixed up. Must be the heart change or something. Maybe they gave him a new brain as well as a heart........ I believe he is referring to the GW Bush Administration.
Poor Cheney..... his mind is obviously failing him. Will someone please donate a brain to Cheney. Ya don't think Cheney is on LSD do you?

Cheney is lucky to have the freedom to even speak to the press. This man should be serving a life sentence in prison himself. Worst vice president in the history of the U.S.

Not quite the worst, Aaron Burr. In an 1804 duel in Weehawken, N.J., Burr shot and killed former Treasury Secretary Alexander Hamilton, a Founding Father and Federalist Papers author held in sufficiently high regard that his image graces the $10 bill.

That's an internet poll of a conservative website. It's not representative of the average American.

Considering that around 66% of those in most polls say that the country "on the wrong track" I'd say it's pretty representative of the average American.

Feeling that the country is on the wrong track is a far cry from the fallacious "unmitigated disaster" claim.
