She's not running for office tomorrow, but she's also not crossing it off the list. In a recent interview with Vogue magazine, Chelsea Clinton -- the daughter of former president Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton -- says she may consider working in politics for the future. Though there are no ballots to be filled out just yet, do you think the former first daughter would make a good politician?

I have the utmost respect for the position of President. The man that resides there is a different story.

I agree without 43 Obama would have had a tougher time. He played the race card well though. It gave everyone a warm feeling because of the first african american being president. It was cool. Cool loses out to ineptitude every time and that showed quickly.

My point was his mother is white, his father is African. By a hard definition he is not African-American. None of his ancestors were brought here against their will as chattel in the bottom of ship hulls, packed tightly like so many hapless sardines. None of his ancestors where owned by "Americans" and their parents and children considered property of "Americans" as well.
That is unless his mom has hidden Black ancestry. Hey, it could be. Many white Americans do.
If both his parents are red haired Irish Catholic and he wants to be called African-American, so be it. I'm just saying, by a hard definition he is not.
