Chelsea Clinton Says She's Considering Politics: Would She Be a Good Politician?

Clinton had to work with the Republican, because he had no choice...both side of congress was Republcan majority, and back then it was 51% vote, and it passed. Franky boy....I' m not Democrat or Republican, and live in swing state. If you want me to give the Republican side the middle finger, you shouldn't be calling me out on facts. BTW, it's was a balance budget, something that the Republican congress can take credit for because the House of Representative is responsible for allocating and creating our revenues. If you know the Constitution, you would know this. Franky boy, don't try to match wits with someone smarter than you.

I actually like her a lot, which now that I think about it means she wouldn't be a very good politician (like they exist anyway). She's way too intelligent to go into politics.

Where do you people get this way too intelligent crap? How do you qualify intelligence? Is it her fame of being an offspring of a public figure? Obama got a Nobel Peace prize based on speculation that never materialized. I'm sure those people that gave him that are feeling like complete idiots and in the mean while they destroyed the credibility of the Prize.

Oxford, Columbia and Stanford don't usually accept idiots (she went to all three, and they usually don't accept idiots, especially Oxford), and I've never heard of any politician who was a National Merit Scholar. Just because you don't like her parents doesn't mean she is not intelligent, I can't stand Bill but I can recognize intelligence.

Apparently your definition of failure does not include the lowest job growth record in history, turning what was on track to be a 5 trillion dollar surplus into a 5 trillion dollar deficit, a 500 billion dollar Medicare Part D giveaway to the drug companies, a weak dollar policy, and of course trillions wasted on a wars that were not necessary and not well planned.

Probably would make a damn good politician, but if she accomplishes anything being one might be another story entirely.

I agree that we need much more women in politics, but I don't want the daughter of the Usurper of American Sovereignty to be the woman in office. NAFTA and GATT are some of the worst "agreements (actually treaties)" in American history. I will never vote for a Clinton for that reason. How about Jill Stein!?!?!? GO GREEN!!
