i got two girls that play that game and it aggravates the fuck out of me about ready to lock them up in the bedroom for good

I get the point, but she should have used a more plain approach. She made it too brief and vaguely comical. She left it open to some fools' misguided interpretations. She left out the huge number of girls who scream rape at a guy they DID give consent to, only to realize they didn't want him at a later date.

It happened to me, and I am not a rapist. I would never even consider it. But she called me a rapist anyway, as part of her "angry ex-girlfriend" vengeance. I had to kick a whole lot of butts to get that to go away, and it tainted my reputation in college for a while after, even though no cops or courts were involved.

By the way - we never even had ANY sex. The relationship was very brief and she was not into me (obviously, or she would not have cheated on me). She busted out the rape charge when I called her a cheating whore in front of her new boyfriend.

The singer also forgot that most rapists don't do it because you're dressed hot or whatever. It's more of a power play thing - like a more evil version of BDSM. So all of the more comical "illegitimate rapes" she brought up are more like date rapes (still rape), but not the kind a lot of women go through.

Still, I applaud her for speaking up. I just think she could have done it better.

Husbands don't have the right to rape their wives, even if they are married. Telling someone you're a teen doesn't give them the right to rape you. Just because you got pregnant from a rape doesn't mean it WASN'T a rape. Your eyes can't say yes, only your voice can.
