Center Ground... Race Relations

The United States of America prides itself on being a melting pot of different races and ethnic heritage. That is the promise... the reality is that we allow hatred to divide us against one another and hatemongers to exploit what makes us different to keep us apart. Those who seek unity often find bitterness growing within their own hearts as hate is like a disease and no armor can protect us against it... we can only immunize ourselves and fight to overcome what seeks to destroy us. Diversity is the same as division, it has the same meaning and the same outcome as no nation can survive when it is divided against itself.

We in this country live by the credo... "One Nation, Under God, Indivisible With Liberty And Justice For All". Whether you believe in God is not the question, the question is do you believe in yourselves and your fellow Americans which often seems too much to ask.

This group was created to discuss the cornerstone of living together as one people and overcoming the divisions created by hatred... and ignorance. Here, we hope to share knowledge and truth to help set us free to become one people... and to fulfill the promise of what this nation is supposed to be rather than to merely represent.
