"And this is the flag I saluted while reciting the Declaration of Independence as I ordered Osama bin Laden's death in my star-spangled boxers. Patriotic enough, yet?"
One of these days I'm half expecting someone to hack into the computer that controls his tele prompters and put something ridiculous on them. At least do it as an April Fools gag. I think his sense of humor can handle it.
Federal prison would suck but you think the other inmates wouldn't treat me like a king for screwing with the President? I mean, that takes serious balls and I'm sure they'd appreciate the humor.
That's why I said (typed) to an extent. I wouldn't be in any danger, I'd probably end up being fairly popular. I think the humor behind the offense would certainly lighten some of the moods there. I just know that there would be things on this side of the barbed wire fence I would miss.
I'm hoping it would be a nice cushy place. Because chances are. I'll have to max out my entire sentence because I would never make parole. As soon as they asked "Do you feel remorse for your crime" I'd say no. That's if I can utter the single word through all of the laughing.
When we've said goodbye
Remember me once in a while
Please promise me, you'll try
Then you'll find that once again you long
To take your heart back and be free
If you'll ever find a moment
Spare a thought for me
We never said our love was evergreen
Or as unchanging as the sea
But if you can still remember
Stop and think of me
Think of all the things
We've shared and seen
Don't think about the way
Things might have been
Think of me, think of me waking
Silent and resigned
Imagine me trying too hard
To put you from my mind
Recall those days, look back on all those times
Think of those things we'll never do
There will never be a day
When I won't think of you
Can it be? Can it be Christine?
Bravo
Long ago, it seems so long ago
How young and innocent we were
She may not remember me
But I remember her
Flowers fade, the fruits of summer fade
They have their seasons, so do we
But please promise me that sometimes
You will think of me
I believe Obama would say such a thing as long as the teleprompters are saying it too.
At least do it as an April Fools gag. I think his sense of humor can handle it.
