Yes, but it doesn't matter!! He is not dumb, per se. He is on a mission as he said, to change America (and Americans wanted change and believed he meant good change) Now, we just need to get serious about recorking the mess. I thought we had a conservative and constitutionalist in Judge Roberts. Now I can't figure out if he's a liberal plant nominated by Bush or some kind of new genuis - lol - but not really funny. Can someone shed some light on this?
I think we are all scratching our head. He is the Cheif Justice, But his reasoning is out of touch. If Kennedy thought it was unconstitutional along with the other 3 conservative Judges, then you got to think, did someone outside get to Roberts? Why was Kennedy the one who was trying to convince Roberts to come away from the Dark side. That or he can see the future... I think he was pressured and could not bare the heat.
Thanks, I think that we don't really want to believe that he was strong armed or pressured because of our honest belief that there is still some honor or moral people in the White House or Congress. I am still scratching my head because every sign at the hearings were in favor of this law not passing. As you've said, you have to wonder if some outside interference was going on. Have a good day!
He is not stupid. He knows exactly what he is doing. He hates everything this country stands for. He is a MUSLIM!!!!!!! Why can't people see this? Look at his appointments. Look at how he panders to the leaders in the Middle East. Look at his speech. Look at the subject "work place violence" in relationship to the Fort Hood incident. Then look at what he calls "terrorism" in relationship to the American conservatives. This man is creepy. If you can't see what he is up to you need a course in critical thinking. In other words you got to connect the dots to get the whole picture.
