Canadian murder suspect Luka Rocco Magnotta was arrested Monday in the German capital Berlin, the Bild newspaper reported.

The porn actor and stripper, who was the subject of a global manhunt
after he allegedly murdered his gay Chinese lover and mailed body parts,
was picked up at an internet cafe in Berlin's Neukolln district, the
newspaper reported, citing police sources.

Magnotta, 29, fled Canada after the killing, initially heading to Paris.

Magnotta is wanted for threatening the Canadian prime minister,
first-degree murder, defiling a corpse and using the mail system for
delivering "obscene, indecent, immoral or scurrilous" material.

Quick trial is necessary ..
swift justice should happen indeed
(this is one that SHOULD face the death penalty .. and never be allowed to prey on another .. either human or animal life again)
unfortunately ..
this one will linger on .. in prison and afterwards ..

the MONSTROSITY of his deliberate .. vile .. SICK Acts of Murder/Torture/Cannibalism ..
the way he filmed it .. uploaded his .. ugh .. evil ..
then continues to find ego boosts in stories about him ..
This is a situation where the DEATH Penalty should be swiftly applied ..

but .. where the locale of the crimes happened ..
he's not going to get what he deserves ..
(and potentially will be let out to PREY on others once again .. )

Canada hasn't had a death penalty since 1976.The last person they even executed was in 1962 by hanging.He needs to be put in general population with the hardened criminals.They will take care of this kitten abuser more painfully than any death sentence.

Before he dismembered a human he dismembered kittens,drowned them,fed them to pythons and posted it on face book.Someone should have found him and shot him then.I'm not a sadistic person.But,this sick ass punk needs to die a horrible death.
