They are somehow figuring the legal people of MX descent will go to vote so they will get more or some such.... It is more of a "look, we LOoovvveee you." I can not imagine that legal citizens are behind the illegals anyway. Maybe I have that wrong, but it seems to me that the legal citizens should respect the rule of law....and understand the illegals are basicly cutting in line.

Not so sure it was well played, but I can't think of another reason for trying it at this time. I personally believe that he knows it is not legal, but doesn't care. It is all for show and he can blame the Republicans for his order being overturned.
