Obama said we were not going to be taxed one single dime. This is only making him look more like a "wishy washy president" who doesn't ever know what he does and says!

No, we can't "all agree" on your simplistic, low-brow, racist analysis of a Supreme Court decision.

Maybe the justices made the decision they did because, you know, they're Constitutional lawyers with brains and discernment. Ya think??

Hi there. I'm maggot. Just curious...was it the use of the term "black man" that led you down the racist road? Would you're reply had been the same if I had just used "Obama" instead? Do you think that if Roberts had voted with the minority, anyone would speculate that the Court was trying to keep a "black man" from being re-elected? Thanks for playing. Your cheese awaits right outside the maze...

Yes, I added "racist" because you brought it.

If you had said "Obama" I would definitely taken a different tack - because the meaning of the QUESTION would have been altered quite a bit.

If Roberts had voted with the minority (making it a majority), AND you had used "Obama" instead of "black man", it would be a completely different question. If, under those circumstances, you had asked about keeping "the black man" from being re-elected, that would have been yet another completely differeny question, again.

Are you enjoying creating rhetorical mazes?

Look, I may not know more than the SCOTUS in regard to law, honey, but I don't take bribes, am not subject to being blackmailed, and stay true to first principles. I can't, with any confidence, be assured that any of our SCOTUS cannot be bought off or persuaded to the dark side for political or personal expediency.

I wouldn't have had an opinion one way or another. The SCOTUS' liberal/progressive rulings are but a symptom of a much bigger problem. Why focus on a symptom, as we need more than palliative care for this national downhill slide by a flushed toilet effect. We need a cure.

I don't like it at all. That means that any elected official can legally be bought, which essentially prevents the everyday Joe from running for office (not to mention that he'll get slashed & dashed in the liberal media & have no chance of winning, anyway). I see this as a nonpartisan ruling, because it helps both parties who wish to game the system. What do you think?

This is a complicated decision. If you claim that the SC wanted to see Obama defeated, you're way off base. It was the Liberal arm of the Court plus a Conservative that upheld the law.
Now the problem for the Liberals is there is so much outside of the Constitution included in the law it can still be fought on that basis.

A lot of people llike the Affordable Care Bill. Now College Students can stay on their parent's insurance until they find a job or until age 26. Also you will be covered if you change jobs or lose one. Insurance companies can't discriminate or charge more for pre-existing conditions. I believe Mitt Romney's Massachusett's plan called "Romneycare" now covers 99% of the people. From what I hear, the people in Mass. love it. Romney had a good idea and we thank him for sharing it. Also, many thanks to Justice Roberts for being impartial, as the Court was meant to be. They have redeemed themselves. This is a plus for the Democrats because they worked hard and diligently to negotiate agreement between Republicans, Democrats, and Special Interests groups. SUCCESS at last!

Funny how a lot of folks saw this as Roberts siding with the left. WRONG. He made it a TAX and made a mockery out of the whole thing. And exempted the states from compliance.

Now the whole house of cards falls apart.

Roberts played it perfectly. He passed the law and the idiots are celebrating now. But the backhanded win assures that the Romney will be POTUS by a huge margin.

Indies hate this as much as repubs do. 73% of them are against it.
