A REP. in congress suggests that speculators pay an instant tax fee when ever they bid up the price based on percentage of the bid. Do you think it might work?

This idea makes no sense.

how about letting AMERICAN companies drill in the gulf....how about OKing the Pipeline to bring oil out of Canada...how about drilling ANWR
