Yes, but ONLY in localized settings where Dhimmicraps are legitimately in the majority. In all other cases, they DEPEND on fraud, voter intimidation (remember the Black Panther voter intimidation in the 2008 election that Eric Holder refuses to do anything about? Union thugs in Wisconsin? Fraud in St Louis, Chicago, etc.?)

Mr Obama is losing people everyday.People that voted for him last time ,a lot won't vote for him this time.A lot of people are waking up when they hear whats really going on.
3 things may happen: 1] deffinite voter fraud,it will not be a landslide like the Dems think. 2] if he sees he's really in trouble he will trigger Martial Law

As of right now? No. A lot can happen before November but right now NO ONE is excited about Obama like they were in 08. Without some drastic changes, a polarizing event or massive voter fraud, Obama is finished.

I do believe that's how Obummer won the election of 2008, and should they panic anymore than what they have been already, they will most definitely try it again. Thing is if the election offices all over the USA would enforce voter ID then this would never happen, you know the Mickey Mouse votes and the votes in duplicate and triple forms under the same name. Crazy it is, but I am just saying if the states would check out the forms for authenticity of the voter, as well as the machines they vote on, there would never be any question about fraudulent votes.
