Rep. Ryan, the GOP is selling something that does not exist. His plan to turn medicare into a private insurance with ever declining subsidies does not have a single plan in the world with half the coverage of medicare. It will cost seniors an additional $6000 out of pocket according to CBO. Over 100 million seniors without coverage in the world have more than twice the average $19,000 US senior income.
He has asked the GOP to fights attacks against his plan.

“If you just play defense or ignore this, they’re going
to define this, they’re going to demagogue you and they’ll get away
with it,” Ryan told reporters Thursday during a breakfast sponsored by
the Christian Science Monitor. “And they’ll scare seniors.”
“I’m excited about it,” Ryan added.
Ryan said the May 2011 special election in New York, where now Rep.
Kathy Hochul and fellow Democrats seized on the Medicare issue to win
control of the traditionally GOP district, taught Republicans to play
offense on health care.

Who will pay if the user does not pay this $6000?
I wonder what IT has to say about Jan Brewer's actual death panels for the individuals in Arizona who are dying because she refuses to take the advise of a fellow mid-western Republican.
