Ben Shapiro was on with Sean Hannity the other night to discuss his new book “Bullies” and to list the top five progressive bullies in America today. As a final question, Hannity asked Ben how conservatives should counter the progressive bullies today.

Without civility the society falls apart. I don't disagee with Ben but at the same time civility is the foundational glue that keeps us together. Discontinue that and we are certainly in trouble. It is unspoken agreement between all of us. We have to fight smarter. We have to know our facts and figures. Most libs can not fight because they don't understand history. You do not have to get in the mud to fight them. You have to appeal to them smartly and calmly. Milton Freidman and Thomas Sowell are good examples of fighting smartly with knowledge. Eventually those that can, will recognize reason. Simple yet not easy to accomplish.

I have been saying this for a long time, when your opponent takes the low road they will appeal to the lowest common denominator and that is who Democrats target, those low information voters or the masses of dumb asses who support Obama regardless of what he does. Well its time we dropped the civility and use what ever means we have to and fight back.

It's a fact. It was stomach turning how ugly it got. The lies people believed. It makes me just wonder how so dumb and mindless people are to take at face value what those say about others, particularly the opposition of Obama during a political campaign and in life in general.

And why was Mitt perceived as a bad guy by so many Americans... might it have been his unguarded comments about the negative way he perceived a significant % of his fellow Americans. For one thing, you offer no evidence to support your statement.

For another, you are doing one thing Ben should have mentioned (and maybe did before the clip): throwing off on people. That is, accusing the other guy of the thing you do yourself.

This is exactly why the GOP is dying a slow death. This is not conjecture. They lost the White House, and seats in the House and Senate. If you believe ignoring the damage that things like behaving like obstructionists the likes of which no one alive has ever seen (Bush? LOL...click on my links above) is a good thing, then why would you expect the prospects of your party having any significance in the future?
