Fox News is reporting that the White House has approved AG Eric Holder's request to protect Fast and Furious documents under executive privilege.

Holder has refused to turn over specific documents to House Oversight Committee Chairman Issa, despite a deadlines and a looming vote to hold him in contempt. The contempt hearing is expected to proceed as scheduled.

This coupled with WH attorney's lame argument in the Florida eligibility case show the beginning of the end.

They tried to claim that the case should be dismissed because he isn't the Nominee yet.

That's all they have left.

There's no doubt as to the cause of Terry's death, but Holder and Obama will never be truthful in this issue - like every other issue they have caused. Lie and obfuscate and blame others. That's what street thugs do best, and this entire Administration is a shameful collection of street thugs. It will be so wonderful to have them gone after the election. Wish it were tomorrow.

Nixon's "crime" was NOTHING compared to what these clowns have spawned.

Yes, but as in Nixon's case it doesn't matter if he knew about it or not. What mattered is that the perpetrators were part of his administration, and a couple of them went to prison. Nixon had the grace to resign - Obama doesn't know the word "grace".

Wow! The plot thickens! You have to wonder what they're hiding. This is a lose/lose situation for the Obama administration! This will do little to enhance his re-election bid (LOL)! I have a feeling that this will have to be resolved in the courts. The resemblance of this to the Watergate Scandal is startling!

And it still doesn't matter - it happened on his watch. He is the responsible party in the cover-up. He and Holder hold some responsibility for Terry's death and if not held to accountability, we can kiss our "rule of law" dead.
