BREAKING NEWS: Zimmerman's Bond Revoked by Judge.

luvguins 2012/06/01 19:03:10
The judge has revoked George Zimmerman's bond due to lying about how much money he and his wife had to post bond, and for having two passports, the second he obtained by saying the first passport was lost. He must report to authorities in 48 hours. Justified or not?

Quite justified. Zimmerman is a threat to the community and should not be roaming free in case he happens to see another innocent black teenager committing the horrendous crime of walking down a street and decides to "protect" the community.

"The 2 passports indicate he intended to skip the country." That statement is pure BS.

"Conservatards?" Are you another twit who can't keep politics out of anything? Don't bore me with your political labels and assumptions.

So he lied to the courts ... and you think that it does not matter . good lord nothing this guy can do .. well get his supporters to say he was wrong .

    He lied to the court?

Ok, so what did he lie about that we are now being made aware of? This recent information shows his wife in bad light, not him. He was never asked about the paypal account.

Thur his lawyer he said that he was broke. Also there is a lie there as well. He said he was thinking Martin was just a little younger then him . However when he was on the phone with the police he said that Martin was Teen. Most people close to 30 are not going to say a teenage is just a little bit younger then he is .
  • Command... Joey 2012/06/02 22:28:22
    Commander Pyle
Last I checked, someone in their teens is younger than someone in their twenties. If we can make the argument that Zimmerman was near his thirties, then we can also argue that Martin was near his twenties, therefore he appeared slightly younger than him.
    what

Zimmerman was not some well off guy. He can argue that the funds were strictly legal defense, funds on which he knew not the exact value. Obviously he has some 'splainin to do! We'll see what is said when he appears before the judge again.

Unless you are R Kelly you are not going to say someone who is ten years younger then yourself is just slightly younger then you.

Irrelevant and you know it is. This is not even perjury.

This is not irrelevant . No normal man of the age of 28 or 29 what would call a teenage slightly younger then he was. Do you say that about tweens ?
  • Command... Joey 2012/06/03 01:09:07 (edited)
    Commander Pyle
You are arguing something that is essentially nonsense. It doesn't matter whether he thought the guy might have been 20. 30. or even 50. What difference would it make? He shot and killed the kid. He said late teens on the phone with SPD. A person that appears to be in their late teens cannot be differentiated from a person that is in their early 20s. So?
  • Joey Command... 2012/06/03 01:51:28
    Joey
This is not nonsense this goes to your buddy lying on stand. He said point blank that he was looked like a teenager.. than he said he looked slightly younger them on the stand . When he is 28. And I guess from your non-reply you would not say a tween is just slightly younger than you.
  • Command... Joey 2012/06/03 02:02:50
    Commander Pyle
lol, he said he looked like he was in his late teens on the phone. Then on the stand he said Martin was a "little bit" younger. We are arguing what he might have thought he looked like (age-wise) when he shot him. How in hell would I or you know this? This is nonsense and you know it is. Your remark on "tweens" show how nonsensical it is. Drop it.
  • Joey Command... 2012/06/03 02:10:25

You are doing back flips to protect Zimmerman .. When don't need to guess what Zimmerman was thinking . Since he told us. And it is nonsensical just like it is nonsensical to say someone is a teen... then when you get in trouble for killing them say well I was thinking it was just a bit younger then me .
  • Command... Joey 2012/06/03 02:24:34
    Commander Pyle
We do have to wonder what he meant to say. He said "little bit".
"How far from home are we? Just a little bit."
It could mean a block, a mile, or 10 minutes. It sure as hell doesn't mean an hour or 2, just as ZImmerman's statements doesn't imply he meant Martin was 12 years old. It doesn't mean he thought the guy was 27.

I'm arguing on this not being perjury. You're arguing omniscience. In that case, you win since Zimmerman is a liar, a racist. White america hates blacks, and we all deserve a free tv.

Yes, you are using his words. We are arguing his words. If he said "little bit", what did he mean by little bit. Why did he say "late teens", did he feel when he saw him in person he still appeared in his late teens? This is a silly argument. You know it is because his murder trial is not going to find him guilty for saying this. It is irrelevant.

Also irrelevant is the idea of Zimmerman being racist. Leave that for the FED. It is irrelevant to the Florida case as it stands. A racist can defend himself. Or are you arguing that he must only defend himself against people of his own color?
  • Joey Command... 2012/06/03 16:36:36

Him being a liar is irrelevant.. Since his supporters are taking his word for it what happen with out question.
  • Command... Joey 2012/06/03 17:01:21
    Commander Pyle
Again, misunderstanding. I never said him being liar is irrelevant. I am arguing that the "little bit" statement is irrelevant. Was he being untruthful? Hell if I know. He said one thing on the phone and said another thing in the hearing. If the Prosecutor makes a piss about this, it shows he has little to no case.

In his 911 call Zimm said Trayvon looked to be in "his late teens." That's a decade younger, quite enough to count at that age.

Yes, I also am trying to understand the relevancy here. The claim that he lied or committed perjury is a stretch given what he said on the stand. It's just harping.

Depends if she was an eye witness to the event. If she isn't, then why should I? There was this talk about some 13 yo black kid who said he saw Zimmerman being beaten by Martin. I always felt it wasn't credible since he was too far to see and was distracted by his dog. The only person we know of to have seen anything was Mr John Doe. He hasn't recanted his statements on who was on top. The media pretended that he did with the dump of witness testimony. He never equivocated who was on top.

They seem to be scrutinizing this young man for every little thing. It's not wrong but seems prejudicial. I think he's guilty on just the little evidence and commonsense analysis provided so far. But I want the trial to go off, clean as a whistle so that when he's locked up, there's no second guessing. If he truly wanted to 'run' he'd be gone by 2 months ago.

Don't know if it is justified! I am not on the inside or straining at every bit of news that comes out of this case. I'll pay attention to the verdict and that's about it! I don't understand the obsession that some people have over this situation. Let the law authorities and courts do their job and go on with your own life!

Many people WANT him to be guilty. They aren't interested in the facts Andrew. Look at all of the people here - NOT knowing what took place - ready to lynch this guy. IF he is guilty let it be established in a court of law before he is lynched.

Nope but I haven't heard all of the evidence in this case and neither have you. My ex husband (an Obama supporter) thinks that OJ was innocent though. In fact most of the black democrats that I know personally, think that OJ is innocent. But there is one black woman that I know (a democrat and Obama supporter ) who says that OJ probably did it but who cares "that white woman was spending his money and they(you white people) have gotten away with murder many times anyway". CASE CLOSED LUV!
