Ok, here's the deal. A citizens grand jury indicted him which means the supreme court must look at it but they don't have to accept it. They can deny the claim. Which unfortunately since they are on the side of the NWO they probably will. I have read the indictment and what is in there will stand in court and is a treasonous offense we just need the congress and supreme court to get their heads out of their asses. Keep praying everyone, with any luck they will actually do their jobs.

And just to set the record straight, Seal Team Six is not just a single platoon but an entire program which is covered under the blanket name Seal Team Six simply because they have the duties of the utmost difficulty to perform and the entire support structure of the Seal Team Six program within the Seal Team Group of the US Navy. They have numerous combat units which all fall under the Seal Team Group. The existence of this Navy Group has been long known both inside and outside the US and intelligence groups just as the Shin Bet secrete service and their Mossad units do for Israel.
Every major nation has these sub units of their major specialized attack groups.
Reading the indictment was a total waste of time and simply another action of the Rabid Radical Political Reich of the New American Fascist Party aka the Republican/Tea Party to discredit the President during an election season.
What a bunch of total losers these poor duped people on this supposed grand jury, nothing more than pawns in the mix of the anti-Obama campaigns.
As I perceive this, no it was not an indictment by federal court, but rather by a grand jury appointed not under the usual procedure of being ordered by a judge, but a citizen's grand jury. That would seem to me to be legitimate under common law, but that's for the lawyers to debate, as surely they will. Again, we must never forget that the government's "justice system" holds a very heavy hand here because surely this must go thru them.
I do hope it proceeds to impeachment as it should.

The fact is no further presidential violation of "Seperation of constitutional power" that can be added to the inditment, when the president has threaten constitutional due proces by suugestion he will right a bill to force congress to decide on immigration. After reading my copy of the constitution, it clearly states "All bill are to start at the democratic house of Representative"

Basically a "citizens' grand jury" is a bunch of drunken men who try to improve their sorry lives at the local bar.

If a true American believes there is such a thing as citizen's grand juries, and if a true American believes they can indict citizens without benefit of those citizens having been arrested by legitimate law enforcement officials, give us a lesson. Post at least 6 cases of citizens who were sent to prison by virtue of an indictment by a citizen's grand jury. You know the drill by now: long form, original and not a copy, with letterhead, with signatures of presiding judges, and with embossed notary seal. I think a true American, such as yourself, has super powers and can easily accomplish that task, and thereby lend credence to your assertion."
