Bravo to Indiana! Law Enforcement Officers CAN BE SHOT!!!!

Chris - The Rowdy One! #187 2012/06/12 10:45:21
Law enforcement officers need to follow the laws of nature - it is about time. People do have a right to protect their private property; even from government thugs.

EFF YEAH!

If ANYONE comes into my house without an invite, they are going to be dropped. I do not care who they are.

Hats off to Governor Daniels and everyone else involved in making things Constitutionally right for a change.

NOTE: I do not block. You are free to come here and spew venom or whatever else makes you happy.

I just might have to move to Indiana. PA passed a castle doctrine that exempts cops. This will also definitely limit these bullsh*t forced entries. BIG time kudo's to Indiana!!! Great post, Chris!!

    Perhaps right. (Well, definitely right.)
But not the best thing to advertise incase people decide to exploit it. If you kill him/her, who's to say they didn't force their way in?

" I think personal liberty comes above all else in this country as far as the government is concerned"

It should. It's the reason why the country was founded. But, today's government finds it an obstruction.

    Good, but also bad.

Like Floridas stand your ground law, some person will use this as a reason to shoot a cop for a VALID bust,.

I like it, but I can see some flaws.

It's a good law indeed, but when do people know when it is unjustified entrance. Some people don't understand the law and think every time a cop shows up bam they can shoot 'em. Learn the law and then shoot. I am totally in agreeance with this law. I'm going into Pre-Law myself and hopefully we can change people's perspective on cops. Unfortunately they'll always be those bad apples and Law Enforcement will always be looked down upon.

There ya go, if they learned to treat people with respect things would be totally different now wouldn't they? I remember when cops were good and they would even take a drunk driver home rather than jail them.

It's what they are being taught. I saw a video once of them getting training and the guy was telling them that the forefathers were terrorists.

A man's home is his castle. No warrant, no entry.

This basic right is in English Common Law- Not even a King may enter a home without the owner's permission.

This is a common sense law and should be passed in all 50 states. It will not result in any police deaths as long as the police respect people and their property. This will really upset some bully type cops.

That'll make the Nazis on the police force (and I know the vast majority of police are not) think twice about intimidation tactics. No good cop would object to this.
