Bravo to Indiana! Law Enforcement Officers CAN BE SHOT!!!!

Chris - The Rowdy One! #187 2012/06/12 10:45:21
Law enforcement officers need to follow the laws of nature - it is about time. People do have a right to protect their private property; even from government thugs.

EFF YEAH!

If ANYONE comes into my house without an invite, they are going to be dropped. I do not care who they are.

Hats off to Governor Daniels and everyone else involved in making things Constitutionally right for a change.

NOTE: I do not block. You are free to come here and spew venom or whatever else makes you happy.

My neck can get red if in the sun too long but I do my best to avoid that.

I do not own or work in a gun store. Racing engines are my trade.

Your extreme lack of reading comprehension skills is what is keeping you from understanding this law.

...and you are still a racist dick.

I understand that vulgar childish talk is probably popular in your "engines" shop. The level of conversations there is probably not much given to adult topics. I suppose you will keep a pistol handy to shoot at the next policemen who comes to your shop looking for stolen parts from the "stripper"? Let us know how the encounter works out for you, or have someone send a newspaper clipping telling how you died a heroe of the RWNJs "in a hail of gunfire from the local Swat Team".

You know nothing about me. Stop watching movies and get into the real world. I am not a chop shop working on cars dumbass, I build finely tuned racing engines and I have customers that are cops.

My main topic here is the job at hand but we often talk of other things like politics.

I am not a rightwinger as I have no patience for anarchists. My language is mild.

You are what you are, foolish, and given to vulgar language to make it all seem like "adultville". And, you will be DEAD if you point a weapon at a police officer, regardless of this law or a mistaken idea of what this marketing ploy by NRA is really about.

Yeah yeah yeah.......that is exactly what this was all about. We want to go hunting down cops.

Pay no mind to what the law said; it is how you conceive it in your head. THAT IS THE REALITY.

You are right....how did you figure us out like that? We are obviously not smart enough to outfox you!

Why do you automatically and mistakenly believe that law abiding citizens who own firearms are "rednecks"?
  • Ambassa... Ms. Texas 2012/06/13 22:45:48 (edited)
    Ambassador II
I don't make that assumtion at all. I am a law abiding citizen and the owner of quite a collection of fine firearms. In fact, just a few minutes ago I finished cleaning three pistols I fired at the range last week.

Difference between me and the "red necks" is that I know and appreciate the dangers of allowing weapon into the hands of poorly educated, trained, hot heads who think the sole purpose of these are to kill another human. Some go so far as to praise such madness as this law to encourage more to be shot and killed needlessly. Others, indicating their lacking discipline and good sense, post comments here on SH actually calling for weak minds to shoot at a police officer. There is just no limit to what ignorance can bring.

Another spike in the heart of America. We just kill this nation more and more. Why bother calling ourselves Americans - don't resemble that fallen civilization in anyway. We are organized chaos working havoc on this Earth. Sad.

I am against it. You are never in the right to shoot a police officer. It just makes their job harder and opens a huge loophole for legalizing murder.

No there's nothing logical about your conclusion. What you brought up is called flaming - the most common type of person to flame is a troll. Do you really want that title because you got a little too heated in a debate? Poor debaters flame and troll.

Its both good and bad- If the cop has a warrant and some moron shoots him, bad. If the cop enters unlawfully, good. I'm afraid this could cause many accidental shootings.

This law is not about a cop knocking on your door peacefully and it being OK to shoot him for that. That is murder.

There are just to many badge heavy cops out there that love to show how bad they are and I do realize that they are dealing with the scum of the earth every day but that doesn't give them the right to treat the average citizen like a criminal or beat up old ladies they have a dangerous job but if they can't take the heat they need to pick a new line of work! badge heavy cop cartoon

Someone, please tell me how often in Indiana, cops break and enter UNLAWFULLY?

Why is this law even around? What the hell is this BS? Is this what Republicans get done instead of job creation and equal rights/pay legislation? I mean, after they're done with anti-abortion laws, of course.

Sorry this offended you captain squeaky.

I know you must have a great affection for a controling government and that is cool and all but, most of us regular people kind of want a free republic.

    That OK with you?

One more thing, and I am giving you this for free.....government does not create jobs and killing babies is just wrong.

The rave was for stopping by; not your words.
  • captain... Chris -... 2012/06/12 21:01:55
    captainquiggle
Yet, you didn't answer the question. What in the world created precedent for this kind of legislation to even come into being?

Sorry, but local government indeed does control public sector jobs. You seem to forget that people work for the government.

Killing babies is wrong. Who would condone that? Killing fetuses, on the other hand, isn't wrong and is perfectly legal.

You don't get a rave from me.
  • Chris -... captain... 2012/06/13 11:33:25
Chris - The Rowdy One! #187
There was a case that set this precedent. I don't have the info but it can easily be found if you want to see it.

You are not worth my time going any further.

Their ignorance and dislike for civilization knows no bounds. Actually, it is the NRA and their lobby efforts for gun manufacturers that promotes such insantiy. For every killing, of any kind, by gunfire, sales will immediately increase in the local neighborhood. Simple math, Dr. Watson, increase the killings and more profits will be made by the manufcturers.

Dude....I do not want to kill any person, let alone a cop but this is a great law. It protects the citizens from an authority that is overstepping it's bounds...that is all that is to it.
  • Ambassa... Chris -... 2012/06/14 18:05:45

And, is this "protection" given to meth kitchens, drug dealers, Bubba while beating on the spouse or kids, the gang banger hiding in Momma's closet, and others who don't want to answer the polite knock on the door and the "May we come in, please"?

The "citizens" who are stupid enough to point a weapon in the direction of an armed police officer will get what their stupidity earns them, from that particular officer, the backup, or the twenty officers who will arrive within minutes, complete with a Swat Team and AK47s. A lot of innocent people may die as a result of this foolish marketing ploy by NRA and the manufacturers. But, that is what they have been encouraging for decades now and it is effective, spreading pistols into millions of hands that have no reason other than intent to do harm with them.

Just imagine yourself confronting a couple of officers in your living room with your little Glock 9mm. Who is most likely to win the shootout? You will end up either dead or face down on the floor with a couple of holes in your stomach, spitting blood all over the carpets while your spouse, Momma, or children scream in fright. That is the result that this absurd "law" may bring before a Court declares it the work of simpletons and "null and void".

This is a wonderful law. Lets see now the cops won't enter a home when a women is a victim of domestic violence, the cops wont enter your home when the find the door open when they recieve a report that some one broke into your house and may still be in there. And then if you happen to have that drug house in the neighborhood they won't be serving that no knock warrant to shut it down yeah this is just the greatest law if you happen to be a criminal. The only people who will suffer is the citizens. After reading this law I will see the cop will no longer be able to aid any citizen who may be a victim of a crime in there home. As a cop This has allow criminal to shoot cops at will and all the have to claim is that they believe the cops actions were unlawful. I was a cops in Indiana I just collect a pay check and let the citzens fend for them selves.

Being the ignorant bragard that you are, do make an effort to stay in touch and let us know how your first encounter with the law works out for you. If unable to answer, maybe your Mother will drop us a copy of your obituary or the news clip of how you died in a "hail of gunfire" from the Swat Team.
