Ya F*ck any city ordinances in this case of course the city wants some money that's all it boils down too anyway.
And always remember when seconds count the cops are to busy eating donuts and drinking coffee to bother with such little emergency's unless they hear gun shots then they call for back up

I can actually see both sides of the argument here. If it was beyond his propety line as the article stated when he fired, then why would the persons first option be the gun as oppossed to the last option. There are simply not enough facts associated with the article to determine justification.

Too bad the cop didn't get attacked by some other loose pitbulls while he was harassing the hero and gun owner!

go read the whole article and look at the picture of that child. Now, tell me that the guy who shot the pit bull was wrong to protect. Would this have this been the sentiment in Newtown? About 45 years ago a woman was being attacked in an attempted rape in NY. The woman had a pen knife o her and protected herself. She was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, way back when. That was when I became a conservative.
