What a bunch of rookies.
What is it that the Pillsbury Dough-boy lets slide down the window (1:07) into Stewart's property they've collected on the trunk lid? A little extra 'evidence'?
The KMA 367 plate frame? KMA-367 was the official Federal Communications Commission (FCC) call sign for Los Angeles Police Department radio transmitters from 1948 through the 1980s. They were sold at swap meets all over town.
Most who continue to display this are probably unaware that that it is no longer used and think it gives them some kind of juice card with local LEO's.
No plates and no temps displayed are a traffic violation in CA.
Regardless, these clowns are pathetic and I hope the video comes in real handy.
