This is still the United States of America. The student has every right to pass out the US Constitution to other students and other people. Anybody who threatens students or anyone else for that matter because they are passing out United States Constitutions doesn't deserve to be in this country. If they hate the Constitution, and the freedoms it guarantees, so much, they are more than free to move to their communist nation of choice.
