Occupy Black Bloc Member James Holmes Shoots Up Aurora Co Movie Theater Killing 12 And Wounding 50.
A lone gunman dressed in riot gear and wearing a gas mask burst into a movie theater in Aurora, Colo.,
at a midnight showing of the Batman film "The Dark Knight Rises" and
opened fire, killing at least 12 people and injuring at least 50.
The suspect, James Holmes, 24, of Aurora, was caught by police in the parking lot of the Century 16 Movie Theaters,
nine miles outside Denver, after police began receiving dozens of 911
calls at 12:39 a.m. MT. Police said the man appeared to have acted
alone.
Witnesses
in the movie theater said Holmes crashed into the auditorium through an
emergency exit about 30 minutes into the film, set off a smoke bomb,
and began shooting. Holmes stalked the aisles of the theater, shooting
at random, as panicked movie-watchers in the packed auditorium tried to
escape, witnesses said.
"The suspect throws tear gas in the air, and as the tear gas appears he started shooting," said Lamar Lane,
who was watching the midnight showing of the movie with his brother.
"It was very hard to breathe. I told my brother to take cover. It took
awhile. I started seeing flashes and screaming, I just saw blood and
people yelling and a quick glimpse of the guy who had a gas mask on. I

plates. The Batman movie portrays the OWS crowd in a negative vein,the
new Batman movie featured the villain as an Occupy Wall Street type. I
would first look at the possibility that James Holmes, DOB 12/13/1987,
was caught up in the OWS movement took it upon himself to strike back
against “THE MAN.

I question HOW he gained access thru an emergency Exit from the Outside...Having Designed and Built Many for Regal Cinemas...The Locksets on the Outside can only be opened with a key and cannot be Pried open as there is a Plate designed to cover the Lockset over the Jamb side...Grab Bar type Handle and Keyed Lock..No levers...
SO...had to have been in there earlier and exited thru the dood and wedged it, but that would set off the emergency alarm...Hummmmm...Maybe someone on the inside.???
My immediate thought when I first heard the news...BLACK OP EVENT or MK ULTRA pawn...conservatives know the government needs to make a case for their new gun laws/restrictions...the White House AGENDA is so OBVIOUS...and so excruciatingly stupid!!!

NO IMMUNITY
Article 2, Section 4 of the United States Constitution makes it perfectly clear that the President, Vice President and all other civil Officers of the United States have no immunity whatsoever for crimes committed.
"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High crimes and Misdemeanors."
Barack Hussein Obama is guilty of levying war against the United States when he ordered the U.S. military to attack Libya. The definition of levy is "to declare and wage war". The president of the United States is not authorized by the Constitution to declare or wage war. Only the U.S. Congress can declare war or authorize force. Congress never declared war nor authorized use of force against Libya. The War Powers Resolution of 1973 (50 U.S.C. 1541-1548) is a federal law intended to check the power of the President in committing the United States to an armed conflict without the consent of Congress. The resolution was adopted in the form of a United States Congress joint resolution; this provides that the President can send U.S. armed forces into action abroad only by authorization of Congress. Obama never sought nor was granted the authority by Congress to commit U.S. forces to military actions against Libya. Obama unilaterally levied war against the United States. That criminal act means Obama can be tried for treason.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The legal requirement to indict Obama for treason is for at least two Witnesses give Testimony to the crime of "treason". Obama has already been accused by at least three members of Congress - Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) and Rep. Tom Cole (R-OK) and the news media of unlawfully levying war against the United States.
