It would be a draw with many "Conservatives" saying O'Reilly won and many "Liberals" saying Maher won, but in reality it would be a small win for the PTB, because they would get what they want from those kind of show hosts, which is a continuation of the left-right paradigm.

O'Reilly yells over people more than he actually debates.

Plus, O'Reilly is willfully ignorant (as his boss pays him to be).
