The section that you are talking about of NDAA were rewritten before the bill was passed. But the ACLU were still considering a suit when this other group sued. We can not have another President that is willing to circumvent the Constitution. We need to take a stand against such things and send a message to them. Plus we need to get rid of everyone in Congress that voted for these bills as quickly as we can. I like many things about Romney and we would be better off with him in office and Obama gone.

You're creating an argument that currently doesn't exist. Those sections of NDAA are on hold until they're reviewed by another court.
The bill itself makes sense, only that the U.S. citizen part needs to be clarified.
Personally, I couldn't care less how long someone is detained if they were engaged in terrorist, or any treasonous, subversive activity against the USA..... whether they're a citizen or not. Let 'em rot. The founders wouldn't have wasted their time with traitors and most likely would have shot them on the spot.
