Big win for Oscumbot SCOTUS says go ahead tax the hell out of the country. Let the People decide

iamnothere 2012/06/29 02:20:22
Wondering if the Scotus might be on to something Businesses now know.. They are up against the wall 4 more years if they support Obama. Worse yet.. given a majority in both houses and the WH as Oscumbo had in his first two years. Now The federal government can tax you if you dont do what they say.. from say a tax if you dont eat enough broccoli to taxing the citizens if they dont buy cars that get 80 mpg to taxing you if you dont buy a fast and furious gun.

The field is now laid bare.. by a 5 people wearing black robes.

So what are you going to do?? stay on the sidelines and complain or Kick the heck out of those who did not read what was in Obama Tax and Steal care?

Seems that some are already voting with their dollars.. by not contributing to The Debtocraps.. Still they have LOTS of money in the Obama coffers.. Most of which seems to be spent on SMEARING. Kind taking the opinion that lots of places need to not roll out the red carpet for security and fire protection to the campaigns.. and they should pay up front or.they will just have to take it as they can.

President Obama’s campaign is pleading for funds, marking a sharp contrast to his fundraising during the 2008 election.

In an urgent appeal sent out to supporters Tuesday, Obama said in an e-mail, “I will be outspent.” He went on to say he was not referring to the so-called Super PACs, but the Romney campaign itself.

“The Romney campaign raises more than we do, and the math isn’t hard to understand: Through the primaries, we raised almost three-quarters of our money from donors giving less than $1,000, while Mitt Romney’s campaign raised more than three-quarters of its money from individuals giving $1,000 or more,” he said. “We can be outspent and still win – but we can’t be outspent 10 to 1 and still win.”

By contrast, the 2008 campaign rejected federal matching funds and shattered fundraising records raising nearly $750 million. John McCain was limited to a mere $84 million as a condition of his acceptance of the matching funds.

This time around, things appear to be vastly different, with the president having to resort to new and creative methods in an attempt to solicit much-needed cash.

Obama became the first sitting president to raffle off meetings with himself and Michelle for those who donate $3 or more to the campaign. The campaign has changed up the specifics of the raffle, and recently it even gave donors a chance to choose a celebrity to join them with the president if they won.

As WND reported, the campaign has even begun soliciting wedding, birthday and anniversary gifts.

The campaign started an “Obama event registry” asking people to forgo birthday, wedding and anniversary gifts and instead ask family and friends to give the money spent on presents to him instead.

“Got a birthday, anniversary, or wedding coming up?” the site asks. “Let your friends know how important this election is to you – register with Obama 2012, and ask for a donation in lieu of a gift.”

“It’s a great way to support the president on your big day,” it continues. “Plus, it’s a gift that we can all appreciate – and goes a lot further than a gravy bowl.”

The Democratic National Committee also appears to be having fundraising woes of its own. In May, the DNC raised $60 million, compared to $76.8 million by the RNC.

The AP reported that several Democratic strategists have expressed alarm over the lack of fundraising by the campaign and party.

Debbie Dingell, a DNC committee member and wife of Michigan Rep. John Dingell, said, “We’ve all got to get in the same boat and start paddling in the same direction, or we’re going to have some problems.”

The campaign has sent other signals that it having difficulties with its finances. Recently Obama made a campaign stop in Durham, N.H. However, the campaign refused to pay the town for the costs associated with the visit, expecting the town to pay its expenses.

Local officials said they had no problem paying for official presidential visits, but they felt Obama’s campaign should reimburse them for the estimated $20,000 to $30,000 in expenses for police and fire services. Officials said the city simply didn’t have the money for the president’s campaign stop budgeted for the cost of the services.

Town Administrator Todd Selig said, “Community leaders have taken the position that the campaign, regardless of party affiliation, should absorb the added local public safety costs rather than local taxpayers.”

The campaign initially said it would pay for the cost of the stop, saying it was the responsibility of local governments to pick up the tab for security, traffic control and other expenses whenever the president made a campaign visit.

However, Ann Marie Habershaw, chief operating officer for Obama for America, wrote in a letter sent to Selig: “As a private organization, OFA does not participate in security or traffic control planning. All such decisions, including their impact on costs incurred by federal, state or local governments, are exclusively within the control of the appropriate government officials.”

This is better than just striking down part of Obmacare. The Supreme Court did what Obama did not want done They proved Obama was a liar when he promised no new taxes on low and middle class people. Now the truth has come out that Obamacare is that new tax.

Voters have to have a plan. If they plan to put Obamass back into office, they have to be prepared to be broke and that means the middle class. If they plan to have any money, they better start hiding it now. Buy gold, but whatever you do, don't put it in a bank or safety deposit box. Of course, if voters do this, the banks will be in trouble again and we will probably finally reach the economic chaos that Obama is planning to take over control and suspend the Constitution. The POTUS is a communist. He will have our money and we will have bread lines and no commodities, just like the old Soviet Union.

The electorate that wants unearned handouts will be perfectly happy to accommodate the communist POTUS. The middle class and anyone worth their salt will need to fight this slug and make sure he isn't re-elected. Obamass is only doing to America what slovenly and undereducated Americans are letting him do. His buddy George Soros is drooling to make billions off of his investment in Obamass. I guess in November we will find out exactly how stupid Americans are, especially if they re-elect an anti-American, anti-capitalism lowlife like Obamass.

Obama and the 111th Congress played a shell game with America when they denied the individual mandate under Obamacare was not a new tax. Justice Roberts would have done better to strike down the mandate as the Democrats defined it instead of interpreting it as the tax increase it is. But now the politicians responsible for this legislation are finally vulnerable to the charge that they raised taxes on all of us. And they'll be facing us at the polls very soon.

how many folks don't have healthcare that can afford to pay it? (and don't qualify for medicaid). Not that many.

So the truth is, that most people won't see a tax increase at all. Are you painting this differnent from reality??????????????????????...

you know for a trillion bucks and 30 million in need.. you do the math looks pretty darn close to $33333.33 annually to pay for each person not covered ..

Where is the money going? you know that is a lot of contraceptives.. a lot of waste and fraud.. A lot of theft of money that has to be borrowed to pay for this crap. And apparently you think it is ok.. wondering if you think it is wonderful that the Seniors are getting ripped off of half a trillion that they paid in for their own coverage into medicaid or that lots of people who are totally capable but chose not to cover themselves privately are getting free coverage on the backs of those who are willing to pay for their own insurance.

The tax increases have already started but you are way to blind to see it.. Rapidly rising health insurance premiums.. No one is getting any better coverage.. or medical care but in some places like California they have seen one year rates rise over 40% That is money stolen from the wallets of people as certainly as if it was a tax enforced by the IRS who have added 16000 new agents to enforce this tax
