Civic Education - Legal Advocacy – Constitutional Activism in Defense of Our Constitution
Sep 10 – Depart Baton Rouge; overnight en-route
Sep 11 - Arrive Washington DC – Overnight in DC
Sep 12 – "Taxpayers March on DC"
Sep 13 – Depart Washington DC; overnight en-route
Sep 14 – Arrive Baton Rouge
$509 per person, double occupancy
$809 per person, single occupancy
Rates are based on a minimum of 50 participants
Package Includes:
· Round trip motor coach transportation from Baton Rouge to Washington, DC
· 1 night hotel accommodations, including taxes en-route to DC
· 2 nights hotel accommodations, including taxes; outside of Washington DC
· Ground transportation provided to and from March
· 1 night hotel accommodations, including taxes en-route to Baton Rouge
· Breakfast each morning, including tax & gratuities
· Hotel taxes & baggage handling

Note – Cash/Check payments will only be accepted due to vendor requirements
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is due to “hold your spot”!
Final payment is due by July 27, 2009.
Cancellation after July 27, 2009 – 50% Penalty per person
Cancellation after August 20, 2009 – No Refund
Name changes will be allowed prior to August 20, 2009 - $25 name change fee will apply
Optional Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance is available for $59 per person. Cancellation/Interruption Insurance covers cancellations for medical reasons, death and/or jury duty only. Insurance must be paid with initial deposit to cover pre-existing conditions, Terrorist Incident in a U.S. city or financial default of a supplier. These conditions ARE NOT covered if insurance is purchased with final payment. Malcolm Travel advises all passengers to invest in trip cancellation/ interruption protection. Once purchased, insurance is non-refundable.
