I can also guarantee that there are other differences that probably haven't been taken into account either.
like George Zinnerman who have a false sense of security because of their gun, provoke a bad situation to the point where they might have been justified under the law should have the boy started beating him to true near death (in his case I am not entirely convinced, that he was to that point), but could have avoided the situation if he had not stalked the kid and allowed the police to do their thing. But the problem is the person carrying the gun's perception & bad judgment. The bigger point is bad guys don't care about gun laws. DUH. And those that do, usually behave responsibly. Disarming citizens doesn't seem like it will solve nut jobs from doing this sort of thing.
Any store I go into with security or even malls in my area are not as well armed, trained or practiced as I am. I don't want my life in the hands of then incompetent
