Barack Obama to Tweet Personally: Is This a Good Use of His Time?

When he's on vacation?

The sad part?
The sheeple on the right believe the talking heads,... they call Obama golfing on a weekend a "vacation"
They call Obama going home to Hawaii because of his dying grandmother a "vacation"
They point at ANYTHING he does that they themselves do w/o comment and cry about how he shouldn't do it.

These losers don't really know how he spends his time, but anything that they can whine about,... they do.

Obama is a blundering loser. If wish he would go on vacation and never come back.

This of course is a sheeple opinion,.. no heat - But I'm pretty sure you don't have any examples,.. just the stuff I hear bleated about by the talking heads,.. almost always out of context to make the point and always never giving the full story.

I can remember a few times when Rush Limbaugh called him such things,.. then the full story came out on what was going on and Rush "quietly" changed the subject because he obviously had been talking out of his azz.

Where have you been under a rock. Talking heads give me a break! I get from the food, gas and heating oil bills I pay. Also from people I know who can't get a job. Maybe you didn't know he got us into a war with Libya that is no threat to us and have no business being in THERE civil war.

Seriously,.. Gas is going down,.. contrary to what the right said,.. food and heating bills have peaked and are also going down,.. none of which were the responsibility of the President in the first place.

You ignore the fact that Unemployment is going down and point at unemployed friends,.. I live in a county (Southern California) where there is a surplus of technical positions and read in the news last week that the problem is really a matter of a combination of training and what people are willing to do. There are jobs out there - but there are too many people who either think the jobs available are below them, or refuse to change occupations.

I sneer at the unemployed real estate people for example - they need to just quit their bitching and choose another line of work.

The talking heads call the current crap with Libya a "war" that the US is in,... no one else on the planet is. If it's a "war" it is one that the UN started and we are only supporting the UN as PROMISED.

So,.. we should be like other piss-ant countries that don't keep their word globally and pick and choose what commitments we keep?

I don't have tweeter account just because i don't do anything interesting anyways. As for the president, he is a busy guy with a lot of pressure. Personally tweeting might give him some kind of relief, sense of personal time, weight off his shoulders. But it depends on whether or not he wants it.

Not a good move. But let's hope he won't be exposing himself.

It will give us more of an insight to the man rather than just what we're told my the media. I like it, puts him just a little more in touch with the common man, but only a little seeing as the common man usually doesn't use twitter.

He seems like a nice enough guy; just no experience. Seems too smart to let the oligarchy make a slave of himself.

Yeah, he's the kind of President you could go for a beer with, which is why it will be nice to have him actually tweeting from his own account. Unless he pulls a Wiener, no pun intended, this can only go well for him.

One thing is for sure; we have to change. The socialist policies of FDR (New Deal) and LBJ (Great Society) those have caught up with us; our economy will NEVER ne able to sustain all that socialism.

He is no commoner ...wake up he has an agenda! Getting re elected so he can more damage to the USA!

What's wrong with having an agenda? It's clear he's doing this to get votes but that's what EVERY politician does. It's kind of how they get their jobs.

I think that Twitter is a waste of time, and Myspace, Facebook, Tumblr, MyYearbook, even Sodahead :P

I know he's very busy, but it's good for him to do so when he can.

Perhaps yes might be a better answer. If he tweets enough he wouldn't have time to commit more crimes against America.

Everyone need a break. Everyone wants to be apart of something bigger. Using it every second of every day no, that's not appropriate, but being completely excluded that's a bit much...

He is already part of something bigger. The destruction of America, Doesn't get much bigger that that unless he was really trying to do something constructive for the country. Did I say that? Hey everybody, Look.....I made a funny.....Something constructive.....Ha Ha Ha.....

But he has little else to ocupy his time since he has to wait to play golf until daylight, has all the country wrapped up for his Marxist Delivery who ever that is and he's got to get started on his re-election strategy. Its already done by those folks who sytole it the 1t time. Everybody want ds to be a Marx-ist.

It's election time. You know it will stop after it. Hopefully he will get a fraction of what people are going through by Tweeting. I think at this point he is clueless.

I remain amazed at how much HE is not or "should not" be allowed to do that DOESN'T EVEN COME UP AS A QUESTION for anyone else.

The GOP is so yesterday. The difference in victory or defeat will be on the message. We must expose republicans for what they are. Their agenda is to kill jobs here in the US and to ultimately destroy the middle class. When all of our jobs are gone and we are hungry and homeless we will be more than glad to work 14 hour days for $2.00 a day. Be a true Patriot Vote for progressive Democrats.

Of course not, he has a country to run in a time of conflict and international recession, the last thing he needs to be doing is spending so much time tweeting that nothing gets done.

Better than constant vacations, 'I'm sorry for America tours', campaigning, longwinded speeches, and putting his foot in his mouth. The problem the Tweets will be BS and all about him like most things out of his mouth and I's sure there'll be someone there helping him just like his ever present teleprompter.
