The Republicans plan was a “counter proposal” to Hillary's plan, old self appointed wise one. Which by the way, is normal in situations with bills brought up in congress of this magnitude, and has been a process on both sides for many years.
Republicans were NEVER for the a health care plan brought into law by the U.S. government, and only counter it hoping it would fail, and it just faded away until a filler buster proof Democratic congress with the Obummer got control.
Now we will see if it bankrupts the country, and if this present Supreme Court battle over one aspect of it gets put down, or they say it is constructional.
Back then Hillary thought she was elected, (while Bill was getting erected) and she mostly thought she was going to be an equal to Slick Willie, who to her was just presidential arm candy.
