Yes, the loons made the great depression greater and deeper and longer. Now the left are repeating that mistake. But Obama wont let the crisis he is creating go to waste. We can't tax enough to balance the Federal budget at it's current level of spending. Tax the income of the rich 100% and it won't be enough to balance the budget. When Obama says that he wants to tax the rich more that is only political speak. I hope that he is smart enough to know that that won't balance the budget. We need to cut spending now. Cut agencies that are not needed like Education. We could save billions. Obama continues to say that we need to get rid of waste in Federal spending but he never does anything about it. During the last campaign Obama said that he would cut the deficit in half, instead he added 5 trillion dollars.
Obama knows what he is doing. He has no interest in balancing any budget. He wants to destroy the economy so he can build a new, socialist dictatorship in place of America as it was.
Even if the loons taxed ALL of us at 100% the debt and unfunded future liabilities are already impossible to pay. It will all collapse soon into crisis. Just as Obama and his globalist masters want.
Right direction. Cut 90% of the federal government and restore power to the states. End social security, medicaid etc and abolish the IRS. Allow people to keep their money and arrange their own pension and medical care. End illegal immigration.
