President Barack Obama is scheduled to visit Houston to attend two fundraising events for his 2012 campaign this Friday.
Democratic sources close to the event have confirmed that the president will attend a reception at Union Station at Minute Maid Park at 3:30 p.m. on March 9. Following the reception, he will also attend a small private dinner at the River Oaks home of Dina Alsowayel and Tony Chase at 6 p.m. Tickets to the events range are $500 to see him at Union Station at Minute Maid . To have dinner with the Presdent cost $38,500.
