all of u that see my message here i want u to know that no im not racest but i blame Barack Obama for everything that amarica is going through he promised that he would make everything better and fix the aconimy and change the world yea he changed the world alright he just made everything worst for all of u even the african amarican brothers and i bet theres even alot of them that dont like obama aswell so this is my apinion if u dont like it its fine with me its coming from my true feelings and im not forcing anyone to do the same this is just how i feel :3

I think it's interesting that no one seems to understand that Holder was saying when he said the Justice Depertment expects to get the right result. . .Why did no one ask him what that result was?. . .I think it will be that the vile KSM will get off. .and Holder will say, see when America tortures people, and doesn't follow the civil rule of law. . This is what we can expect. . .

George Bush for starters, for NOT doing anything and letting it drag on thru-out his adminstration. He could have held military trials way early at Gitmo and have been finis but, there again, he NEVER would have sent them to US soil.
Then i blame BO,2nd, for completely fouling it up and making it even worse than it was prior.
Congress is also at some fault but we already knew they were clueless and ineffective anyways!
BO is a nutjob with a brain the size of a walnut ,to bring them here. and then he will give them right of free counsel?! plus same coverage of the Constitution as US citizens?!

Why should this guy have the right for a trial in our country let alone NY. He now is given more rights than he deserves and who knows what could happen... I blame the devil and the Bush Administration for all that is bad; and give credit to God and the Obama Administration for all that is Good. Congress falls somewhere in the middle since they can't think for themselves!

The lord and I are on one accord with this one. He has anointed President Obama to lead us. He needs us to help him, though, if God's plan for our wellbeing is to manifest itself. I don't bash a person because of his affiliations. I don't like to judge people. We are all human beings with imperfections. I just pray for them when they show me how imperfect they are.

The pledge to close Gitmo was unrealistic and foolish.... Craig is simply the scapegoat.

Hate the answers all the way around, because there was no failure at Gitmo. the only real failure has been in Obama not utilizing Gitmo more.

Actually, if blame the Democratic Party for allowing Pelosi, Obama, Holder, and Craig for having anything to do with this. They PROMISED they would close GITMO down. They are still in range of that happening on the date they said they would, but you can see where Counsel Greg Craig is sure it will not happen.

The Democratic Party delivers candidates that make and break promises they cannot or will not keep.

The President and his cabinet set the direction and ensure that those down the line abide by their wishes.

As always, nobody at the top, including Obama will take the fall, therefore, it looks like Greg Craig fell on the sword.

Gitmo was a key issue during Obama's election campaign, so I find it hard to believe that he didn't have his fingers all over the fiasco that entailed in not closing it, much against most peoples wishes. as always.

Keep the terrorists off of our soil! Now we are bringing the terrorists back to the source of their destruction to reopen old wounds and face a tainted justice system that may well set them free.

In the first place no one in this administration knows squat. Gitmo should not be closed down the prisoners should not be released and they should not be moved. Gitmo is exactly where they belong and I hope to see many of their friends show up there in the near future.

What is going to happen to Holder ?

The problem with congress is that they like the breakfast plan. They like to waffle. Bush made Gitmo what it is. Congress didn't care enough to know what it was about. I don't blame Craig for being frustrated. If I were in a temporary position and congress kept up their refusal of action, I would leave also.

I blame them ALL ! Bush should have given the order to shoot them on the spot, that was his mistake. Obama, Craig and Holder want to give them rights that only American citizens should have, and Congress dosen't have the balls to stand up to Obama!!

This was 0bama's stupid idea. He owns it just as he owns the current economic crisis and the national debt.

The United States should NEVER have used this military base in a communist country to detain any alleged terrorist suspects. These individuals should have been brought to the United States, processed, charged and tried for their individual crimes against the United States. If the United States can NOT standby our own laws, how can we as a Nation expect and demand that other countries in the World follow us.
Bush and members of his administration should be held responsible for these U.S. Constitutional infractions.

These are foreign combatants, they should be tried by a military court, as was done in the past. This fiasco will cost the American taxpayer millions and subject NYC to a major security threat, not to mention the classified information used by the CIA in their capture being televised all over the world. This is insane!! Bush kept the US safe for 8 years, now we are letting our guard down, not good at all!! Holder, Craig and Obama are to blame for this!!

All of the detainees have never committed a crime in Cuba or the United States. They should have been left in the country of their origin and interrogated and tried under their prevailing standards of justice.
