This is going up the judiciary ladder until it gets to the U.S. Supreme Court where it will be ultimately decided. Hopefully the Fascist Obama will not have taken over as the U.S. version of Mussolini before then.

Well, I wonder how many millions (billions, trillions?) will be spent on this issue before we Americans will be allowed to see who it is, exactly, we have sitting there with his finger on the button?

I wonder if this thing will get delayed so long in the legal system, that ole Barry gets to fulfill his whole term. Still, if he is found to be ineligible, everything he signed into law would still be voided. That would be a good consolation prize -- but I'd rather have the Grand Prize. Impeachment by ineligibility.
