Artistic Hypocrisy

Allbiz - PWCM - JLA 2012/08/20 21:29:08

So, in Sunday's Atlanta Urinal and Constipation, it was reported about how the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra was no longer gonna perform with some suburban Atlanta area schools' choirs because they were not diverse enough. That's code for not enough black people. It seems that these schools were in upper scale suburbs like Beautiful East Cobb where the population is mostly white. More Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) bullshit. Here's the kicker. The ASO has one black musician. Are they so stupid that they don't recognize their hypocrisy?

This is like the mostly white MSNBC chiding the Romney campaign for being too white. If I never hear the word Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) again I will be a very happy person. And you know why they are using Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) now? Because affirmative action and equal employment have been totally discredited. Race based quotas. Hiring and promoting incompetent workers because of the color of their skin. Diversity (All Hail Diversity!) was probably focus group tested like government spending being labeled as investments.

We are now witnessing affirmative action carried to its logical conclusion by electing a person to the most powerful position in the world due to the color of his skin. Yeah. Call me a racist but I'm sure most blacks based their votes for Obungler because he's black. Somehow it's not racist for blacks to vote for someone because he's black.

And there were a lot of guilty whites who voted for him thinking that this would finally shut up the RWPP's like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. How did that work out? I predicted before Oblunder was even elected that it would make race relations in this country even worse because any criticism of Oblamebush would be labeled racist.

Have you heard the New Black Panther Party say they want to "step on white motherf_ _kers' necks". That's some good race relations right there. Obama and Holder both jumped real Fast and Furious to condemn that, didn't they?

I could use one of Instapundit's lines here. They told me if I voted for McRINO, race relations in this country would get even worse, and they were right.

Here comes another racist prediction. If Obarky is defeated in a close race, there will be race riots in this country ginned up by the usual suspects, the RWPP's, exSpeaker Blinky Pelosi, Horrible Hairy Reid, and the rest of the Dimocrap Party establishment. The LSM will probably lend a hand as well. Also, Moochelle will go back to not being proud of her country, a country that gave her an Ivy League education and made her and her husband very wealthy, not to mention letting her take lavish vacations on the taxpayers' dime.

You!

Ah yes! The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra! The ASO was caught using pre-recorded music at a performance a year or two ago. If I'm paying big money to go see musicians play musical instruments, I would assume part of the agreement is that is is live. I don't care if the orchestra is all white, black, green, or blue. I pay to listen to live music, not to do a head count because I'm obsessed with someone's skin color.

In Atlanta, the orchestra is shamed at a pantomime concert

We have been asked by several readers to comment on Sunday’s concert, at which the crisis-ridden Atlanta Symphony Orchestra was obliged to mime to a pre-recorded track for the synthetic vocal group Il Divo. An account of this pantomime performance follows below.

As a matter of principle, there is hardly any excuse for a professional orchestra to fake the act of performance. There are many similes for such simulated acts, and you can doubtless find them on Youporn.

It was just about excusable – just about – for the the LSO to mime to its own track at the Olympics ceremonies, where the sound was massively amplified and security was a prime consideration.

It is, however, a travesty, when a symphony orchestra fakes music simply for the convenience of a group of entertainers who should not be appearing in the first place with self-respecting professionals.

    For shame.

    Here‘s a public report:

Sunday night’s concert at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre was billed as “Il Divo and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra,” but what the audience heard over the sound system was not the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Instead, it heard prerecorded audio tracks by an entirely different orchestra.

The Il Divo singers were live, but the orchestra was relegated to the role of visual window dressing…. Read on at ArtsATL.

When we cater to these racist Affirmative Action bigots, do they turn around and say, "Thank you! You aren't prejudiced against us"? No. They ignore the fact that "white guilt" has done them a favor, as evidenced by all of the people who refuse to acknowledge that 0bama would not be in office but for the whites who voted for him. Black communities are notorious for not voting. They are less than 16% of the population to begin with. Whose votes do they think put 0bama in office? If they think it was only black voters, they need to run out and purchase an abacus or some additional fingers and toes. The math just doesn't support their nonsense any more.

Ab, now you know that "racist" can only be used against one race. It cannot be used to turn back on another's racism. This in itself is discrimination, if I dare use the term. There are at present far too many good words that we are denied because they are soley owned by some other group. I dare not mention them for fear of reprisal! LOL If you are of a certain group, you can arm yourself at a polling site and intimidate voters and that is okay according to the Holder who lovingly dismissed the case against the New Black Panthers. What if I had done that? I would not be seeing the light of day for years. Wouldn't this be discrimination?

Ab, go to the NY Times Op-Ed page and read "An Unserious Man" by Paul Krugman. If this doesn't make your blood boil I don't know what will. If you can pull it up please explain the fuzzy math to me!

Oh, so now I'm a racist, huh? :)

I don't waste my time reading about or to Krugman. Sorry to dissappoint you.

If I walk down the street, there is no doubt in my mind that someone will consider me a racist by some gesture or even the way I walk. The word is ridiculously applied and , to me, it is absolutely a useless term. I am not frightened by it. To me, it is a cop out term when there is not valid incident to support it. I guess the assumption is that we will tremble with fear at its very utterance! LOL ;-D

I was in MA for a college reunion with a friend of mine. I was having a wonderful time listening to the alums rave about the NY Times, Washington Post, and the Huffpo. I was informed that those were the only reliable news sources and not to listen to tv news or news commentators. Here all along I was led to believe that the Ivy Leaguers were the only intelligent folks in the country! Truth be told they are as "dumb as a stump"! Sorry for the Colorado cliche`! LOL

Lack of diversity? Not enough NEGROES in the suspect choirs. Give these "diversity experts" an inch, they'll take several miles. I've seen diversity in the workplace, and it ain't pretty.
