    O hell yes, those damned Massachusetts liberal storm trooper dogs, running rampant over the rights of an ice cream stand owner!! Oh the shame of it!!

    Actually this has absolutely nothing to do with Obama... It was a local zoning/code enforcement issue. He didn't get permits, he got shut down.

    He's lucky he hasn't been fined a few thousand dollars.... Where I used to live the code enforcement people prowled the county looking to nail someone......

    It seems to me that the government is doing everything it can to make all the small business' close down. I for one will never be buying anything from big corporations anymore, they seem to protect them from everything . The way they went about this is appalling and they should have done it after that weekend, if at all.
