Arizona smacked down by Scotus. But isn't it their fault?

Sure AZ got the 1 out of 3 from SCOTUS. But what has Arizona done to protect itself?
There was an article about a year or so ago where a journalist delved into the matter.
It turned out that many counties in AZ had put forth not one claim on an employesr for illegally employing illegals. And those that had, hadn't promulgated the thing.

When AZ can prove it's holding up its side of the bargain by prosecuting employers, they can point fingers at the Fed.

That was one or the provisions the SCOTUS shot down and has been hanging in limbo for a year.
It was to make it unlawful to solicit or hire from the street or the "Home Depot type" parking lots where 90% of the illegal hiring takes place in AZ.

I'm sure that some do, although personally, we only hired the ones with work cards and some form of state issued ID.

The others were given an address to go to the following morning and after they were in the building.... ICE showed up ..... SURPRISE !!!
